The idea for VarnFest Future Leaders came about from our team at Varn, who spend their time being a brilliant SEO, GEO and data agency and getting websites to be visible for our happy clients. We realised that there was something missing in the South West – leadership and personal development training for people who were just beginning their career. So we decided to host a helpful and inspiring leadership training event in our outdoor woodland office, for young people in the South West.
