VarnFest Future Leaders is an unmissable personal development opportunity for someone in your team at the early stage of their career, or if you are someone who wants to learn and develop.

The idea for VarnFest Future Leaders came about from our team at Varn, who spend their time being a brilliant SEO agency and getting websites to be visible online for our happy clients. We realised that there was something missing in the South West – leadership and personal development training for people who were just beginning their career. So we decided to host a helpful and inspiring leadership training event in our outdoor woodland office, for young people in the South West.

VarnFest Future Leaders is day of inspiring & practical talks, building skills needed for future leadership from business owners & directors who share advice & leadership lessons.
